Get started just in 2 simple steps – Install & Click.
1. Install Check My Links to your browser
Add Check My Links to your Browser from below respective browser store. Scroll to bottom for download links. After installation, restart the browser and open a website.
Important: Extensions won’t work on blank tab and browser store. So make sure you have opened a website and try there.
2. Pin Check My Links logo to tool bar and click on it
Now just click on Check My Links logo and it will quickly finds all the links on the web page, and checks each one for you. It highlights which ones are valid and which ones are broken, simple as that. It will also show the results right there. It has many more features, please watch this video to make the best use of Check My Links.

Get the Offline Build Up & Running
Prefer a self-hosted setup or working in a restricted environment? Install Check My Links directly in Chrome in just a few simple steps.
Download the ZIP file
Click the Download Offline Build button above to grab the latest offline build of Check My Links.
Extract the archive
Right-click the downloaded file and choose Extract All (Windows) or double-click to unzip (macOS). Remember the folder location — you'll need it in step 5.
Open extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked → Pin it.
Open Chrome's extensions page
In Chrome, paste chrome://extensions/ into the address bar and press Enter.
Turn on Developer mode
Look for the Developer mode toggle in the top-right corner of the extensions page and switch it on. Three new buttons will appear.
Load the unpacked extension
Click Load unpacked, then select the folder you extracted in step 2. Check My Links will install instantly and appear in your extensions list.
Pin it and start scanning
Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin Check My Links for one-click access. Open any webpage — including Google Docs and Sheets — and click the icon to scan for broken links.
